Mefo MOM 18-1 or Mitas 120 Standard for an all-round set up.
Mefo MOM 18-2EX or Mitas 140 Soft for a softer set up with just a bit of movement in the tyres.
Remember to use 2 rim locks (apart from when using the MOM 18-2 or Mitas 140 Standard in this tyre)
