WHAT DOES A TRAINING DAY INVOLVE?
As an example, this is the general format of a hard enduro training day, although times and requirements can be adjusted to meet your needs:
Riders need to bring their own bikes, kit and lunch and meet at the training location at 9.15am to get ready and briefed. 10am-3.30pm on the bikes with a lunch stop at some point. There is time at the end to reflect and talk about progress and strategies to take forward in your self-directed training.
Training days are tailored to the level of rider and what they want to get out of it. If you have some specific skills that you would like to focus on, Paul can tailor the day to this. Paul is great at assessing where riders are and giving practical skills training and drills, including plenty of ideas to take home and practise.
Usually in the morning, riders learn new skills in isolation to focus on getting the fundamentals correct and in the afternoon they go and practise them in real situations.
