REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY
We are keen to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. Therefore our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require you to email us at [email protected] with a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund, your name, order number and date of order. (You can send a copy of your invoice or order confirmation if you prefer). If your return is approved we will send you return address details. Please note, these are different from our main address.
WHEN WILL MY REFUND BE PROCESSED?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Shipping costs are non-refundable and therefore your refund will be for the price of the item (excluding your original shipping cost).
HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM?
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. You should consider using a trackable shipping service as the return is your responsibility until it arrives with us.
